  1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic. Cook over low heat for 1 min.
  3. Add potato. Cook covered over medium heat for 3 mins.
  4. Add carrot, onion, and tomato. Cook over medium heat for 4 mins.
  5. Add chard. Cook over medium heat for 1 min.
  6. Add dressing. Cook over low heat for 1 min. Serve.

  6. Place pasta on plate and add vegetable topping. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
