We’re going to go ahead and move full-steam ahead with Christmas this season, even if the weather is making it impossible to fully get into the spirit. The space next to HUB Restaurant & Creamery is being transformed into a Winter Wonderland right in the heart of Downtown Tucson. Miracle on Congress St. will feature FREE arts & crafts activities; Christmas music as well as live music performances; and special gift-drive and donation events with the weekly charity sponsor. This week’s sponsor is the Humane Society of Southern Arizona, who will be on-site with adoptable puppies on Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. That ought to put anyone into the Holiday spirit!
Speaking of holiday spirit, there will be FREE sugar cookie decorating, along with sweet treats such as rice krispy treats, churro popcorn, and chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies. There will also be a hot cocoa and coffee bar–you know, for when the temps dip below 80 degrees.
Follow the Miracle on Congress St. Facebook page to learn about all of their events, charity sponsors, and more!
