What: 22nd Annual Tucson Fire Fighters Chili Cook-Off
When: Saturday, November 4th from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Where: The Bandshell at Reid Park, 998 S. Concert Place Tucson, AZ
Take some Prilosec and try some of the best chili, from spicy hot to veggie, in southern Arizona at this year’s Fire Fighter Chili Cook-Off. Every year, over 750 gallons (24,000 servings) of chili are served!
This event is free and family friendly. There will be live music, beer and wine, a kids’ zone, and of course great chili. Food tickets are $1 per ticket or 6 for $5. Tickets are good for all food items, not just chili. Most food items cost 1 to 3 tickets. Beer and wine tickets are 1 for $5 or 6 for $25.
All proceeds from the cook-off benefit the Tucson Fire Fighters Association’s Local 479 Adopt-A-Family program. Adopt-A-Family assists local families with clothing, meals, basic necessities, and toys through the holiday season. For over two decades, the Tucson Fire Fighters Association has provided nearly 160,000 meals for over 26,000 families and has given more than 4,000 local Tucson families presents during the holidays.

Hockey and beer, a winning combination. Enjoy some craft brews before the 7:05 game start of the Tucson Roadrunners vs. the Cleveland Monsters.
The $45 General Admission ticket includes access to the private beer tasting event, a 5-oz commemorative glass, 8 3-oz samples, and 1 premium side section ticket. Choosing only 8 samples might prove difficult.
