Agustin Kitchen and Hamilton Distillers have joined forces to present a four-course oyster tapas dinner and the release of Agustin Kitchen’s private Del Bac Classic Barrel! Executive Chef Erica Bostick and Chef de Cuisine Alex O’Neill have truly outdone themselves in creating an unforgettable dining experience that you won’t want to miss.
Your dining experience will start with a flight of whiskeys, showcasing AK’s private barrel & paired with an oyster and sea vegetable salad, 3 oysters baked in chipotle BBQ bourbon sauce and a Japanese style oyster and quail egg shooter. Be still my beating heart.
Each course will be paired with a cocktail made with Del Bac whisky by Jesse Schaefer and an array of oyster dishes. And of course there’s going to be dessert so make sure to save room; Executive pastry chef Carla Valdivia has something up her sleeve.
Cost is $65 per person
