Seeding Your Soul will feature Earth Day fun for the whole family at Tucson Village Farm. Children and adults will learn how caring for the Earth can support emotional well-being. Topics such as gardening for mental health, yoga and meditation, art for the soul, protecting the environment, and outdoor activities and national parks will be covered. (Free.)
