Etherton Gallery, known for its extensive collection of vintage, classic, and contemporary photography and fascinating exhibitions, is hosting a panel discussion this Thursday evening. The discussion will revolve around the cross-border economy between Tucson and our neighbors in Mexico –  past, present, and future. In light of our current political climate, this could not come at a more opportune time. This panel discussion is brought to you in conjunction with La Calle, Photographs by Alex Webb, a traveling exhibition courtesy of Aperture Foundation and Fundacion Televisa.

The panel will be moderated by Nancy Montoya from Arizona Public Media.
Panelists will include:

  • Tucson Mayor, Jonathan Rothschild
  • Mexican Consul Ricardo Pineda Albarrán
  • Congressman Raúl Grijalva or a representative
  • Michael Mallozzi, Borderlands Brewery, Beer without Borders

Refreshments will be provided by Beer without Borders from Borderlands Brewery which is a partnership with Buqui Bichi Brewing in Hermosillo, MX. Talk about a cross-border economy!

See you there!
