Arizona’s oldest brewery and Chef Jonah Gomes of Gentle Ben’s Brewing Company have created a special five-course dinner of off-menu items for a single evening of culinary delight. The menu is as follows:
1st Course: Spicy Lobster Bisque paired with Barrio Rojo Scotish Ale (GBAF Bronze Medal winner-2015)
2nd Course: Roasted Beef salad with citrus and Fennel paired with the Citrazona IPA
3rd Course: Coffee-rubbed lamb rack chops with ancho porter glaze paired with Nolan’s Porter (GBAF Gold medal winner- 2008)
4th Course: Seabass with turnip and carrot puree, plus herb buerre blanc, paired with Blanco White IPA
Dessert: Oatmeal stout chocolate chunk cookie ice cream sandwich with chocolate stout syrup, paired with the Mocha Java Stout on nitro.
