The Santa Cruz River Farmers’ Market will host Winter Greens, learn how to identify, harvest and cook with native, edible winter greens greens. Mustard, lambs-quarter, chickweed, malva and other nutritious delicacies will be transformed into delicious pesto’s and salads. The Desert Harvesters will show us the way to eating healthy, local, fresh, sustainable and nutritious!
