Where: Maynard’s Market & Kitchen, 400 N. Toole Ave., Tucson, AZ 85701
Wine is like a work of art. It has so many characteristics and so much depth; the sweetness and the acidity have to balance each other out, the tannins should complement the fruit, and the body of the wine should further emphasize the characteristics that’ll be unleashed once the cork comes off.
Join Maynard’s Market & Kitchen on Saturday, October 29th and take in some art (literally) at the second annual Grapes to Glass Festival. This event is a celebration of Arizona art and wine in Tucson’s historic train depot.
With the purchase of your ticket you’ll be able to imbibe 9 Arizona wines in a snazzy commemorative wine glass and snack on some small fare whilst watching G.O.A.T. (Glassblowing On A Trailer) from Sonoran Glass School! There will be other artwork on display and available for purchase by Valerie Galloway Artworks and Hotel Congress and Maynards employees. Other local artists will soon be announced. Follow the Facebook event page here to stay in the loop.
