Where: Carriage House 125 South Arizona Avenue, Tucson, Arizona

Regardless of faith, I believe we can all agree that good food and company are a great way to spend long weekends such as this upcoming one. Join Janos Wilder and his staff as they prepare an exquisite Kosher for Passover meal (vegetarian option available), complete with wine pairings. Like everything Chef Janos seems to do, this is going to be a spectacular dinner you won’t want to miss.

You’ll get to experience a unique interpretation of Passover & freedom with Rabbi Samuel M. Cohon, Senior Rabbi at Temple Emanu-El. Take a look at the menu below and you’ll soon realize you don’t want to passover this dinner!


Passed Hors d’ Oeuvres
Mini Chilled Borscht with Sour Cream and Horseradish
Grana Padano Tuile with Spring Vegetables and Bitter Herb Aoili
Morrocan Haroset on Matzo

Steamed spring asparagus,  sauce gribiche
tarragon, smoked hamachi, crisp fried mushrooms and spring radishes
Pan-seared Salmon with ginger carrot coulis
roasted beet puree, pearl onions, lemon syrup
Double chop of roast lamb rack
Polenta with dried apricots, whole roasted and crushed almonds, medjool dates, orange gastrique, pomegranate syrup
Warm flourless chocolate cake with amarena wild cherry sorbet
almond macaroons

The cost for this event is:

$1,500/table (8 people) includes listing in the program. You can purchase your tickets here.

Proceeds will benefit the Youth Education at Temple Emanu-El.
