What: Maynards Summer Sear N’ Beer: Local Beer & BBQ
When: Saturday,  July 9th, 2016 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: Maynards Market + Kitchen, 400 N. Toole Ave., Tucson, AZ 85701

Okay, so maybe Thomas Jefferson didn’t say that, but I’m sure he would have had the sense to take advantage of a good thing when he saw it such as the Sear N’ Beer Summer series at Maynard’s Kitchen. Two words: BBQ + Beer.

If you’re a fan of one or both then you’re going to want to save the date for next Saturday, July 9th to come and enjoy a specially prepared BBQ menu that will be paired with four 5oz beers. This particular Saturday will feature Pork BBQ and Mother Road Brewing Co. and hopefully some decent weather.

The Menu

Carolina smoked pork shoulder with pork brisket pastrami, sauerkraut
St. Louis style agave B.B.Q. ribs
Marinated cauliflower salad
Bourbon smoked baked beans, house-made bacon (mmm…. Bacon. I think I just had a Homer Simpson moment)
*Vegetarian options available upon request.

And if you can’t make it this time, don’t fret – this this event will be taking place monthly and will boast a different BBQ protein.

August 13th will feature chicken BBQ and Iron Johns Beer and September 10th will feature fish BBQ and Sentinel Peak Brewing. Check back later for a full menu.

This is a 21+ event.
