If you’re like me, then a) you love date night/fun night out and b) you’re always looking for Friday night plans. So why not enjoy Carriage House’s Parma, Italy Pop-up Cooking Class and Dinner tomorrow night?
In case you weren’t aware, The Carriage House will host a pop-up cooking class and dinner as part of DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails’ summer menu series: Cities of Gastronomy Around the Globe. Guests will have the opportunity to learn about the culinary history of each city and enjoy a full dinner featuring many of the dishes from each menu tour. The events will be held at the Carriage House, located just east DOWNTOWN Kitchen + Cocktails at 125 S. Arizona Ave. The class will be taught by Chef Wilder along with a guest chef. The event this Friday will feature the foods of Parma, Italy.
Each event will feature a 1½ hour demonstration class beginning at 5:30pm, followed by hors d’oeuvres, a five course dinner with aperitif and wine at 7:00pm. Cost per person for the class and dinner is $80++.
