What: Ranch to Table Dinner with Local First Arizona
When: Saturday August 20th from 7:00 to 9:00 pm
Where: Carriage House, 125 S. Arizona Ave. Tucson, AZ 85701

If you’ve got plans next Saturday night, cancel them. You aren’t going to want to miss this exclusive and collaborative ranch-to-table dinner with the man of the hour (well, happy hour that is), Chef Janos Wilder! Janos himself will be hosting and doling out cooking tips so make sure to bring your questions. The artisans of Double Check RanchFlying Leap Vineyards, and Three Wells Distilling will be also be onsite, doling out drinking tips. Sounds like a party!

You’ll start off with a “Mount Lemon Gin” cocktail from Three Wells Distilling, then savor some of the most exquisite pasture-raised beef dishes from Eloy-based Double Check Ranch, paired with wine from Flying Leap Vineyards. I was sold at the gin cocktail.

Paired with Flying Leap 2014 Tempranillo and Flying Leap 2013 Mouvedre

Dessert

Corn Cookies, Lime Ice Cream, Cajeta
With choice of Flying Leap Tempranillo or Mouvedre

The cost for this enjoyable evening is $40 for Localists and $60 for non-Localists. If you don’t know what a Localist is, then odds are you aren’t one. But good news!
