Instructions
  1. Slice the apples into thin, chip-like slices, about 1/4" thick. You want your apple slices to be thick enough that they won't flop once covered with "nacho" toppings. Spread your apple slices on a large plate or serving platter.
  2. Use a spoon or spatula to drizzle the peanut butter over the apple slices. If your peanut butter is too thick to drizzle, warm it up over the stove or in the microwave. Repeat with the honey.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple slices. Sprinkle granola and any additional toppings over the apple slices. Best eaten immediately.
