Peach Crisp Oatmeal

  1. Peel one of the peaches and puree it in a blender with one tablespoon of maple syrup, cinnamon, and ginger.
  2. Dice the other peach into small pieces.
  3. Heat rolled oats, pureed peach mixture, and milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat
  4. Cook the oats for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture has thickened to your preferred texture.
  5. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top it with the diced peaches and granola.
