  1. Roll the pizza dough into a round shape and brush with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Bake pizza dough according to the directions for the recipe. Set aside.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  4. On a baking sheet, combine sliced potatoes with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and sea salt.
  5. Place onion slices on the same baking sheet and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of raw honey.
  6. Bake the potatoes and onions for 15-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Layer roasted potatoes, onions, and figs on the pizza.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled goat cheese on top of the pizza.
  9. Drizzle white truffle oil over the pizza.
