Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Bake the granola for 12 minutes. Remove it from the oven and stir. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, until the oats are golden brown. Allow the granola to cool to room temperature before breaking it into clumps. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with milk, on top of a smoothie, or with yogurt.
