  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together oats, cinnamon, sea salt, pecans, and pepitas.
  3. In a glass measuring cup or small mixing bowl, whisk together honey and coconut oil.
  4. Add the honey and oil mixture to the oats and stir until the dry ingredients are coated with the honey/coconut oil mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Bake the granola for 12 minutes. Remove it from the oven and stir. Bake for another 10-12 minutes, until the oats are golden brown. Allow the granola to cool to room temperature before breaking it into clumps. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with milk, on top of a smoothie, or with yogurt.
