Place peanuts and sea salt in a food processor. Process on high for 10-15 minutes, or until the peanuts transform into a smooth, creamy nut butter. (Depending on your food processor, this may take more or less than 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on it.)
Once the peanuts have been ground into peanut butter, add honey, vanilla, and ground cinnamon, and blend for about 15 seconds, or until everything is combined.
Store the peanut butter in an air tight container, such as a mason jar.
