  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the cashews on a large baking sheet.
  3. Toast the cashews for 5-7 minutes, until they are hot and a bit oily.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small bowl. Add the salt, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, rosemary, and orange zest and stir the ingredients until they are evenly combined.
  5. Carefully spoon the hot cashews into a large bowl. Add the spice blend to the bowl and toss to evenly coat the cashews. Allow the nuts to cool before serving.
