  1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8" square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, almonds, sea salt, cinnamon, and cacao powder.
  3. In a measuring cup, stir together coconut oil, honey, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of oats and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the unbaked granola into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-23 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown. Be careful not to burn the bottom!
  5. Once the granola has cooled, use your hands to break it up into clumps. Mix in the chocolate chips.
