Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss together salad greens, farro, and carrots.
  2. Place all dressing ingredients into a blender and blend on high until they are evenly combined and have created a smooth dressing.
  3. Pour desired amount of dressing onto the salad and toss to evenly coat the greens.
  4. Divide the salad into two bowls and top with sliced avocado, green onion, and radishes.
