Turn the food processor on high and drop the cloves of garlic through the shoot one at a time, until they are minced.
Turn the food processor off and add the parmesan, pecans, and rosemary leaves to the bowl of the food processor. Pulse until the ingredients are finely chopped. This may require scraping down the side of the bowl every few pulses.
Add the spicy greens, orange zest, sea salt, and pepper to the food processor. Pulse until the greens are minced and all of the ingredients are evenly distrubuted.
Turn the food processor on low and slowly drizzle the olive oil through the shoot. Scrape the sides of the bowl and pulse the mixture a few more times. Taste and add additional seasonings as necessary.
