Instructions
  1. Lay the two leaves of Swiss chard out flat on a cutting board.
  2. Divide the carrots, bell pepper, radish, and grains between the two leaves and layer them in the middle of the leaves.
  3. Tuck each end of the roll in towards the center of the leaf and tightly roll the leaf into a small burrito-like shape. Place it seam-side down on a plate. Repeat with the remaining roll.
  4. Cut each roll in half and serve with sauce.
