Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Grind rice and almonds in blender for 2-3 minutes until it reaches a fine powder. Pour into a large bowl.
  2. Add water and cinnamon stick to the bowl. Let stand, covered, at room temperature for 8 hours.
  3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding cinnamon stick and rice/almond remains.
  4. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and rum to pitcher and stir well.
  5. Refrigerate. Serve over ice. Garnish with cinnamon. Enjoy!
