  2. Churrochatta Milkshake from Stray Dogs: A horchata milkshake with salted caramel, garnished with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, whipped cream, caramel, and made-to-order churros. $10.75. 78 W. River Road

  3. Goat Cheese Cheesecake from Renee’s Organic Oven: Local goat cheese from Fiore di Capra is combined with cream cheese to create an ultra-creamy, slighty tangy cheesecake that’s topped with a vanilla bean and pineapple compote. $8. 7065 E Tanque Verde Road

  4. Sopapilla from Little Mexico: Fluffy pillows of deep-fried dough are drizzled with honey, dusted with powdered sugar, and served with a creamy scoop of vanilla ice cream. $4.95. 698 West Irvington Road

  5. Adult S’more from Dante’s Fire: A base layer of chocolate cookie is topped with graham cracker ice cream and lightly-toasted vodka meringue. A shot of Bacardi 151 is poured on top of the meringue lit and on fire. Then, the adult s’more is placed on a swirl of Jack Daniel’s caramel sauce. $6. 2526 E Grant Road
