Just after April’s Bike Fest, get ready for May’s Agave Heritage Week! The last seven years of Agave Fests have been so popular that Hotel Congress was inspired to make an entire week of honoring this beautiful tequila-producing succulent. Join us in celebrating the art, science and cultural traditions behind the production of agave-based spirits.
