Edible Baja Arizona‘s forthcoming July/August issue marks the start of our third year of telling the stories about food and drink in Baja Arizona. To celebrate, our friends at MOCA Tucson are hosting one super cool street party on a hot summer night, and it wouldn’t be the same without all of our friends and fans in attendance. Won’t you join us? It’s where all the localists will be!

And because the only thing better than one party is two, we’ll also be celebrating the publication of our managing editor Megan Kimble’s fantastic new book UNPROCESSED (William Morrow/HarperCollins)! Come buy a copy and have Megan sign it!

But wait, there’s more:

Inspired cumbia by the incomparable Vox Urbana.

Great local beer from Borderlands Brewing Company, Sentinel Peak Brewing Company and Beast Brewing Company: excellent local wine from Dos Cabezas WineWorks and Flying Leap Vineyards & Distillery.

Tunes from The Vinyl Baron.

And some of the best food trucks in town, including Pin-Up Pastries, The Twisted Tandoor, Seis Kitchen and Catering, Zany Beaver, Lucky Girl Cafe, Haus of Brats, D’s Island Grill Ja, Bam Bam Truck, Tucson Fat Noodle, BBQ RUSH, Ricuras de Venezuela.

And of course: pick up your hot-off-the-presses edition of Edible Baja Arizona’s thirteenth issue, right there at the party!!

Take a look at the excellent video Jason Willis made to help spread the word:

Who can say no to all that? Put it on your calendar: Street Party with eBA at MOCA in the heart of downtown Tucson on Friday, July 10, from 7:00pm-10:00pm. Hop over to the Facebook event page to stay up to date on all the party prep and invite your friends. We’ll see you there!
