The local-minded chefs at Hotel Congress have paired up with Tucson’s own Hamilton Distillers to create a spectacular four-course menu paired with four different Whiskey Del Bac cocktails, each made with a different variety of Whiskey Del Bac. In celebration of Hotel Congress’ own private barrel whiskey, East End Reserve, they’re going all-out Whiskey Del Bac. Each dish at the Whiskey Del Bac Dinner has been crafted to bring out the complex flavors in the Arizona-made whiskey. Check out the detailed menu:
Savory Sopapilla – Whiskey soaked fig, stuffed with triple cream brie, duck lardons, lemon rosemary preserve, pepita gremolata.
Del Bac Dorado – Lemon, apple simple syrup, amerano cherries
Diver Scallop – Sweet corn blini, grapefruit mignonette, chive créme fraiche, smoked salmon roe
Del Bac Clear – Elote simple syrup, lime, Hermosa Coffee, AZ Bitters Lab “Mas Mole” bitters, egg white
Bone-in Short Rib – Local Pima beans, roasted beets, fried sweet potato and parsnip
Del Bac Classic – Cream Sherry, AZ Bitters Lab “Orange Sunshine” bitters
Del Bac Peach Foster – Goat cheese cheesecake, rosemary lace cookie
Del Bac East End Reserve – Cointreau, lemon zest, AZ Bitters Lab “Mi Casa” bitters
